1. Click the link a) Choose "Run" to Extract the Files (usually to your desktop) **Recommended** i) Click "Yes", "Allow" and/or "Install" if prompted ---OR--- b) Choose "Save" to save the file to your computer. i) Find file (PBS2010.exe) and double-click it to extract it. |

2. Open the newly created folder "Personal Budget" and follow the instructions. |
